The hotel's Georgian architectural style is fine, and the personalized guest service made us feel welcomed.

The air conditioning in our room struggled a bit during the hottest part of the day, uncomfortable at times.

Actually everything was awesome, my next choice again in Tbilisi. I liked this hotel, it was incredibly beautiful. The location was great and excellent for walking around Freedom Square. And it was 5 minutes on foot from the downtown. Great restaurant served Georgian specialties.

The location is great, just a block from Liberty Square , , made it so easy to explore while staying in a quiet spot. The staff was super friendly, always there to help us book a table for dinner with local entertainment .

Fantastic hotel with a beautiful setup and attentive staff, they really took care of us. The breakfast was great and offered a variety of local foods that gave us a taste of the region. I remember one morning they had fresh pastries that were out of this world!

No 'Do Not Disturb' signs in the rooms led to early morning disruptions from maids. During breakfast, service was slow. It took about 10 minutes to find the waiter. Even then, he only took one order at a time.

The room was super clean and comfy, and we loved the breakfast, definitely try the Georgian dishes, they were amazing! Relaxing in the garden area with a nice book was the best way to unwind after a day out. Only downside was a slight wait for our morning coffee, but it didn't ruin our vibe at all 😊

Free Wi-Fi was reliable, but the paid airport shuttle was overpriced.
